NEO is the 4th largest commercial real estate developer in BGC, Metro Manila’s latest and most modern CBD. With a special heart for green initiatives and communities, NEO is pioneer in creating modern workspaces.
Summary
With their name change, the NEO team decided to rebuild their brand, reflecting their unique value proposition and KPIs. The new brand needed to show the unique aspects of each of NEO’s seven buildings, while also representing the NEO organization and its tenants.

Challenge
Since all NEO buildings have earned accolades for quality built to the highest standards, the challenge was to highlight the features that make the NEO brand great and communicating this message so people understand this is NOT your ordinary commercial developer, but trying build real business communities that matter.
Research
By exploring the top developers in the BGC Central Business District, it became clear that NEO’s message is to lead an innovative transformation in how work spaces are built and received in the marketplace. Our research included actual NEO tenants and decision makers to create proper strategies for each audiences.
Solution
We created a strategy that communicates the values and community activities NEO offers, encouraging agents and decisions makers to join the movement - providing a work environment that elevates all tenants quality of life.
Outcome
The new NEO brand will launch soon, highlighting NEO as the developer with the most local and international green building certifications. The new brand builds on this reputation, representing the community and the environmental aspects in a clear and modern way.
